AGENT IDE

A Prospective, Randomized (2:1), Multicenter Trial. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of the Agent Paclitaxel Coated PTCA Balloon Catheter compared to balloon angioplasty (POBA) in patients with in-stent restenosis (ISR) of a previously treated lesion of up to 26 mm in length (by visual estimate) in a native coronary artery 2.0 mm to 4.0 mm in diameter.

PEGASUS

This study is being carried out to see if a new drug called ticagrelor given twice daily in addition to the ASA therapy decreases the frequency of cardiovascular events (e.g., death from heart disease, heart attack, or stroke).

DAL-GENE

This multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study will evaluate the potential of dalcetrapib to reduce cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in patients with stable coronary heart disease (CHD), with CHD risk equivalents or at elevated risk for cardiovascular disease. Eligible patients will be randomized to receive either dalcetrapib 600 mg orally daily or placebo orally daily, on a background of contemporary, guidelines-based medical care. Anticipated time on study treatment is 4 years.

SOLID-TIMI 52

This study will test whether darapladib can safely lower the chances of having a cardiovascular event (such as a heart attack or urgent coronary revascularization (e.g. medical procedures performed to restore the normal blood flow in patients with atherosclerosis)) when treatment is started within 30 days after an acute coronary syndrome (also called ACS).

ABSORB III

A prospective randomized, single-blind, multi-center trial. It is the pivotal trial to support the US pre-market approval (PMA) of Absorb™ Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold (BVS).

ECLIPSE

This trial will evaluate Orbital Atherectomy compared to conventional balloon angioplasty technique for the treatment of severely calcified lesions prior to implantation of drug-eluting
stents (DES).

LEADERS FREE

This study aims to confirm non-inferiority of the BioFreedom™ Drug Coated Stent to the Gazelle™ Bare Metal Stent arm of the Leaders Free study (NCT01623180) in high bleeding risk
patients.

LIFE-BTK

The objective of this prospective, single-blinded, randomized controlled clinical investigation is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the everolimus eluting Esprit BTK System for the planned treatment of narrowed infrapopliteal lesions. Approximately 225 subjects will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio. The clinical investigation will be conducted at approximately 65 clinical sites in the US, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

CHAMPION-AF

This study is a prospective, randomized, multi-center global investigation. Subjects will be randomized to either the WATCHMAN FLX Left Atrial Appendage Closure Device ("Device Group") or a commercially available non-vitamin K oral anticoagulant ("Control Group").

OPTION

The primary objective of this study is to determine if left atrial appendage closure with the WATCHMAN FLX Device is a reasonable alternative to oral anticoagulation following
percutaneous catheter ablation for high risk patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.

APPRAISE ATP

The primary objective is to understand the role of antitachycardia pacing (ATP) in primary prevention patients indicated for ICD therapy and programmed according to current guidance of higher rate cut-offs and therapy delays.

The time to first all-cause shock will be tested in subjects with standard therapy (ATP and shocks) compared to subjects programmed to shock only to assess equivalency.

AMULET

The Amulet™ device will be evaluated for safety and efficacy by demonstrating its performance is non-inferior to the commercially available WATCHMAN® left atrial appendage closure device in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Patients who are eligible for the trial will be randomized to receive either the Amulet device or the WATCHMAN device and will be followed for 5 years after device implant.

PREEMPT-HF

The goal of the PREEMPT-HF study is to collect device and clinical event data to evaluate extended applications of the HeartLogic Heart Failure Diagnostic (HeartLogic) in a broad
spectrum of heart failure patients with an implantable cardioverter defibrillator or cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator. There are no primary safety and/or efficacy endpoints for this study.

LOW RISK TAVR BICUSPID

The objective of the trial is to evaluate the procedural safety and efficacy of the Medtronic TAVR system in patients with bicuspid aortic anatomy and severe aortic stenosis at low risk for SAVR

LOW RISK TAVR

The study objective is to demonstrate that the safety and effectiveness of the Medtronic TAVR system as measured by rates of all-cause mortality or disabling stroke at two years is
noninferior to SAVR in the treatment of severe aortic stenosis in subjects who have a low predicted risk of operative mortality for SAVR.

COAPT

The purpose of the Cardiovascular Outcomes Assessment of the MitraClip Percutaneous Therapy for Heart Failure Patients with Functional Mitral Regurgitation (COAPT) Trial is to
confirm the safety and effectiveness of the MitraClip System for the treatment of moderate-to-severe or severe functional mitral regurgitation (FMR) in Symptomatic Heart Failure Subjects who are treated per standard of care and who have been determined by the site's local heart team as not appropriate for mitral valve surgery.

SPIRIT XLV

A prospective, single arm, multi-center, US and OUS post-approval observational study to evaluate the continued safety and effectiveness of the XIENCE Skypoint Large Vessel Everolimus Eluting Coronary Stent System (EECSS) Large Vessel (LV) sizes (diameter 4.5 mm and 5.0 mm) during commercial use in a real-world setting.

PEERLESS

A prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled trial of the FlowTriever System compared to Catheter-Directed Thrombolysis (CDT) for use in the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism.
The trial includes a non-randomized cohort of subjects with an absolute contraindication to thrombolysis.

STEMI-DTU

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate whether using the the IMPELLA® CP System temporary circulatory assist device for 30 minutes prior to a catheterization procedure has the potential to reduce the damage to the heart caused by a heart attack, compared to the current standard of care.

AIM HIGHER

The AIM HIGHer Clinical Trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of Cardiac Contractility Modulation (CCM) therapy in patients with heart failure with LVEF ≥40% and ≤60%.

ALLEVIATE-HF

A prospective, randomized, controlled, blinded, multi-site, interventional, investigational device exemption (IDE) pivotal study. The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the safety and
efficacy of a patient management pathway that utilizes an integrated device diagnostic-based risk stratification algorithm to guide patient care in subjects with NYHA class II and III heart failure, and to demonstrate the safety of the Reveal LINQ™ system and procedure in the study population.

ELEGANCE

The ELEGANCE Registry's objective is to collect Real-World Data (RWD), including populations previously not represented in Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) trials, health economics data, and to support the safe use of commercially available Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC) drug-eluting devices for the treatment of lesions located in the peripheral vasculature.

EVOLUT EXPAND

Obtain safety and effectiveness data to support indication expansion for the Medtronic TAVR System to include patients with moderate, symptomatic AS. Multi-center, international, prospective, randomized study. Subjects will be randomized to either transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) with the Evolut PRO+ TAVR System, or Evolut FX System, and guideline-directed management (GDMT) or GDMT alone.

TRILUMINATE

The primary objective of this trial is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the TriClip device in improving clinical outcomes in symptomatic patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR), who are at intermediate or greater estimated risk for mortality or morbidity with tricuspid valve surgery. This randomized controlled trial will compare the investigational device (TriClip device) to Control (Medical Therapy).

SUMMIT TENDYNE

Prospective, controlled, multicenter clinical investigation with four trial cohorts: Randomized, Non-repairable, Severe Mitral Annular Calcification (MAC) and Severe Mitral Annular Calcification Continued Access Protocol (MAC CAP). Subjects in the Randomized cohort will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the trial device or to the MitraClip system. Subjects in the Non-repairable, Severe MAC, and Severe MAC CAP cohorts will receive the trial device.

EMPOWER TMVR

The objective of this prospective, randomized, blinded clinical trial is to assess the safety and efficacy of the Carillon Mitral Contour System in treating heart failure with functional regurgitation (FMR).
